You can review and change your cookie settings at any time.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website.
They are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently,
and to provide information to site owners.
Cookies set by the website operator (in this case, TouchlineTalent) are called
"first-party cookies". Cookies set by parties other than the website operator
are called "third-party cookies". We only use first-party cookies.
2. How We Use Cookies
We use cookies to keep the platform secure, to keep you logged in, and
optionally to remember your preferences. We do not use cookies for
advertising, behavioural tracking or cross-site analytics.
3. The Cookies We Use

Keeps you logged in during your session. Required for all authenticated pages.
Session (deleted when browser closes, or 2 hours of inactivity)
tt_session (extended)
Essential
If you tick "Remember Me" on login, your session is extended. This is handled server-side — no additional cookie is set, the existing session cookie's expiry is extended.

tt_cookie_consent
Essential
Stores your cookie consent preferences so we don't ask again on every visit.
365 days
Essential CookiesAlways Active
These cookies are strictly necessary for the platform to function. They cannot
be switched off. They are set only in response to actions you take, such as
logging in or filling in a form. They do not store any personally identifiable
information beyond what is needed to maintain your session.
Functional CookiesOptional
These cookies enable enhanced functionality, such as the "Remember Me"
login option. If you disable functional cookies, "Remember Me" will not
work and you will be logged out when you close your browser. No other
platform features are affected.
Currently, all functional cookies we use are first-party only and
do not track you across other websites.
Analytics CookiesNot currently used
We do not currently use any analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics).
If we introduce these in the future, this policy will be updated and
your consent will be requested before any analytics cookies are set.
Advertising CookiesNot used
We do not use advertising or targeting cookies. We do not allow
third-party advertisers to set cookies through our platform.
4. Your Consent
When you first visit TouchlineTalent, a cookie consent banner is shown.
You can choose to accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies,
or customise your settings by category.
Your preferences are stored in the tt_cookie_consent cookie
for 365 days. You can change your preferences at any time using the button
at the top of this page or the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer.
5. Withdrawing Consent
You can withdraw your consent for non-essential cookies at any time by
clicking "Change Cookie Settings" above and selecting "Reject Non-Essential",
or by clicking "Cookie Settings" in the footer of any page.
You can also delete cookies directly through your browser settings.
Note that deleting the tt_session cookie will log you out
of the platform.
6. Browser Cookie Controls
Most browsers allow you to manage cookies through their settings.
You can typically:
See which cookies are stored and delete them individually.
Block cookies from specific websites.
Block all third-party cookies.

We may update this cookie policy to reflect changes in the cookies we use
or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The date at the top
of this page indicates when it was last updated. If we make significant changes,
we will re-request your consent where required.
