By creating an account on TouchlineTalent you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. The Service
TouchlineTalent provides a private platform connecting professional clubs with football talent.
We provide the technology and infrastructure; we are not a recruitment agency and do not
guarantee role outcomes for candidates or successful hiring for clubs.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.
- One account per person or organisation is permitted.
- Accounts may not be transferred to another party.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Talent Accounts
- Talent accounts are free and will remain free.
- You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of qualifications and experience listed on your profile.
- False or misleading information may result in account suspension.
- You may hide or delete your profile at any time.
- By creating a profile you consent to it being visible to clubs with active subscriptions.
5. Club Accounts
- Club accounts require a paid subscription after the free trial period.
- You may only post genuine, current job opportunities.
- Fake, misleading or duplicate job listings are prohibited.
- You must respond to applicants in a timely and professional manner.
- Access to talent profiles and CVs is limited to clubs with active subscriptions.
- Candidate contact details must not be shared outside the platform without the candidate's consent.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
- Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually as selected.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
- Payment processing is handled by a secure third-party provider.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Post offensive, discriminatory or harassing content.
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
- Scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the platform.
- Use the platform to solicit candidates for purposes unrelated to legitimate professional recruitment.
- Circumvent any security features of the platform.
- Impersonate any person or organisation.
8. Content
You retain ownership of content you upload (profile information, CVs, job descriptions).
By submitting content you grant us a licence to display and process it for the purpose of
providing the service. We do not sell your content to third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
TouchlineTalent is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about uptime, availability or
suitability for any purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable
for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate an account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or
terminate accounts without notice for serious violations of these terms. Upon termination,
your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Data deletion is handled in
accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes
are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of
significant changes by email.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
